Question:
How to add a video player to your website using HTML?

More specifically, the player used on Apple's website to play the demo video for Final Cut Pro X. I really like the look of it. Also, what file types would work with this player? I assume it would be something to do with Quicktime, but there are multiple file types that use Quicktime.
Thanks!

It's an embedded QuickTime video. The player is QuickTime, so it doesn't matter what type of video it is Keep in mind that it will probably look different on Windows, which doesn't have QuickTime X. If you want to see how Apple did it, you can always view the source code on their website. I'd paste it here, but there's a lot of parameters they specified for it so it's quite long.

The best and most reliable and effective way is to create a youtube account where you can easily upload and manage videos. Upload your video at youtube and use the embed code to put it on your website.

Else it would create problems in browser compatability and operating system issues.

The easiest way is to post your video on a site like YT, and then embed a player with that video.
