I signed up for Webs back in March. Have since cancelled my subscription and wish I could get a refund for the rest of the year because of similar issues like this. Never before have I seen a company actually reduce the amount of support to paying customers on purpose, yet freewebs did exactly that several months ago. I have spent the past week moving all of my data to a new host, and was nearly finished when webs went down this time. Even the ususal backdoors to their support pages aren't working. The entire webs domain system is offline. My best hope is that there is a HUGE class-action lawsuit against them that I can regain some of my money from.
Word to the wise, get another host and cut the links to webs as fast as you can. I did and I am very happy for it now.
oh BTW, they did just add a new store system, all of you should have gotten an e-mail on it. I'm betting that that is what fixed webs this time. I don't understand why they can't fix simple issues with thier apps, and keep pushing out new crap instead.

Me too! I have several websites with them and they are not in existence at the moment.
I know they had a major crash last year and it took a few days to right. I am praying that this is just a glitch. So many people have major money tied up in this.

I have several sites I built as well. One of them is a huge site for a musician I work for. Now all I get is link appears broken. There is a phone number, but it is automated & nobody answers. They say to submit a request for support online, but how can that be done when you can't access? They have taken a lot of money from me as well.
It was working fine this morning & within minutes - GONE!
Can anyone help??
Also, if I do have to start from scratch, can anyone recommend another web builing site to use?
Thanks!

Webs.com Our ISP is replacing the fiber cable that was cut causing Webs.com & your sites to go down. How we are able to keep everyone updated through Facebook & Twitter but not have the site up? The simplest answer is that our datacenter is not located in the same building as our offices. This outage has only affected the acces...s to your site, you will not loose any data. We will keep posting as more information comes our way.

this entire concern looks like something from a bad action picture. Why do you even opt to be in a courting with plenty drama. he will in no way be totally committed to you. you're dropping a great form of time with this guy. end your courting. flow on and discover somebody who would be committed to you. i wish you found out your lesson approximately threesomes. they're between the main particular strategies of breaking apart a courting. good success

Same here. It's been down for at least 9 hours. I've used them for years and have never seen them down this long. An email to users would have been nice!
