I'm using Dreamweaver 6. Within a 1 row, 1 column table, I have placed a 1 row, 2 column table. The left column is for the nav bar, the right has a nested table with pictures and data. Dreamweaver sets the nav bar in the middle of the left column. I move it to the top by spacing under the nav bar. When I do that, it lowers the position of the nested table in the right column. If I space under the nested table to raise it, it increases the height of both the two column table and the one column table, so I have a blank section at the bottom. How do I eliminate the blank section in the table at the bottom of the web page? How do I resize the table so it doesn't show a blank space on the bottom of the page in the browser? Thanks!!!!!

The best way I avoid that trouble in Dreamweaver is by actually forming the table by putting layers instead of tables. That way you are more free to choose where to put your layers and to resize them. Other than that it takes a lond time trying to fix the tables. YOu just need to play with them a little bit until they are what you want...

Good luck with that.............
