Question

So, I have an idea I want to start developing into a website. I would need to be able to have things like mySQL, PHP, etc. Does anyone know of a good web host for this? I don't think I'd have too big of a crowd at first, especially since this is one of my first attempts at a website, so space wouldn't be an issue until later. A free web host is very preferred, because this is mainly for learning PHP, etc, and secondly a site idea. Thanks in advance!
