I can download them, but how do I get them to appear as my cursor?

download them then go to Local disk C -> windows->cursors then make a folder for your cursors

if you want to apply them as your cursors then go to control panel->mouse->pointers->then you can see the customize box in there doubled click the icons then a window pops-up then click on the folder you made and search for the cursor you want and click on open then its done.
