If you still have a Windows installation CD, you can use the Recovery Console by booting to the CD ROM and typing 'R' once the installer fires up. Login to the console and then type 'fixmbr' at the prompt to rewrite a new MBR and get rid of grub. If this does not work, repeat the process and type 'fixboot' instead. fixboot writes to the first slice of the disk, as opposed to fixmbr, which writes to the master boot record (MBR).

Oooh, sounds like your in trouble!!, but seriously, it sounds like Ubuntu jacked up your MBR or Master Boot record. You can fix it with the Windows Install CD, just boot of it and choose repair installation and windows will re-write the MBR, or google super grub disk, and use that iso (its free) to repair your MBR. next time use the Wubi Ubuntu installer, it doesnt touch your MBR and you can install Ubuntu right from windows.
