You may be referring to the Yahoo Sitebuilder, just look up the name and you should find it!

Sorry, can't help you. I installed a different kind of program, last year. Never could find it, nor access it. My theory is, not enough memory for it, on the computer. But my ad/remove program couldn't find it, either.

It's called Yahoo Geo cities. It's somewhere on the home page.
