I am have some technical experience but I can not build a website from scratch (uploading files to server). I need a webbuilder that is incorporated with the hosting package.

I think what you need is a dedicated server with some security. You need to look for a host who can also provide you free setup, support and give you managed dedicated server with good quality service.

Godaddy doesn't offer a free domain, but you can get one for $2.19 if you're buying hosting from them, plus they also have a 20% sale at the moment. (they don't advertise it nowhere on their site though, you can get it only through Save 20% link)
