I have an Access database that searched through tables, and I need this functionality on a website. Are there any easy ways of doing this? Thanks.

I think that what you are saying is that you want a database-driven website.
This is commonly done using the PHP programming language together with MySQL on UNIX-based servers. However, Access lives in the Microsoft world, and is commonly used with ASP or ASP.Net on Microsoft Windows-based servers.
It shouldn't be too hard to convert your Access db to MySQL, provided it doesn't use any forms. Then you can use PHP to present the data.
Otherwise, the Access db will have to be hosted on a Microsoft Windows based web server, which is a different ballgame, and to me a more complicated one. Access is considered to be a desktop-grade database though, and not an industrial strength one like SQL Server (which would be a far better choice).
You should be able to find more information that will help you from others who answer, and by learning more about database driven websites.

I have the same dilemma. Microsoft Sharepoint does just what you are looking to do, for a reasonable price, HOWEVER, what I didn't realize when I signed up for it, is that you need to recreate everything except the tables, via an Access App. The tables import in, but you need to create all your forms, reports, queries, etc again for the web. There are also no relationships on your tables in Sharepoint. I spent a ton of time getting my DB just how I wanted it, the bulk of that creating all the things that Sharepoint gets rid of, so it was not worth my time. If you find a good option, please share it!
