I am hosting a server. I already gave this server out to friends, but they cannot get on it unless I'm running a .bat file. I want to know if there is anyway to run a .bat file 24/7? So anybody can log on at any time? Thanks :)

likely not. at some point you are going to have to reboot a windows box after about 1-2 weeks probably.
you would have to do a
shutdown -r -f
as a scheduled task
but in your batch file you could simply
rem ---------- doit.cmd
:lupe
rem do something
goto lupe
and put doit.cmd in your startup folder and configure the system for auto-login.
I would suggest you reboot daily at 3am.
linux server would probably require less rebooting.

i dont really get what you are trying to do. However, i'll show you how to run a .bat file 24/7.
actually what's the content of the file, what does it do? this is very important to answer ur question specifically.
well, generally you can add your .bat file to the startup folder (just type click on the start button and look for startup folder in windows vista and windows 7. in Xp, it is in start->programs->accessories).
Then create a task in task scheduler that runs every 1 minute, set the action to be the running of ur .bat file.
That should help for now, til we have more info on what ure doin. Thanks.

the only way i comprehend is bypass on yet another laptop upload your addie and password as their centred visitor and then the url of this methodology, which you would be waiting to get from the addie on the coolest of the folder/ document i've got in no way tried it so it incredibly is a wager that should touch this methodology for you otherwise so a great way as i comprehend you may no longer bypass into records that are on your pc,
