how to create a .cab file in windows?

i mean that how can i create a "cabinet" file in windows.By normal means it is impossible(i think !!!!).

You can create cab through Visual Studio and Select Project Type as Cab.

- As you say .cab files are "Cabinet" files.

- These .cab files are created when a programmer writes a program and creating installation packages to install in users computer.

- You can use Visual studio package utilities to create it.

- Unless you are not a programmar its not adviseable to create .cab files.
