Stick to basic HTML for your first page...it wont be an overly impressive page but it will teach you enough to build your skills. If you dont mind spending money, try DreamWeaver. You can code in HTML or WYSIWYG at the same time. WYSIWYG stands for "What You See Is What You Get" it is like using powerpoint or publisher.

There are 2 aspects - information superhighway website structure and information superhighway website hosting, once you've the time the most inexpensive way of making a information superhighway website is to make it your self. numerous the equipment round is incredibly intuitive and far of it comes with templates that make it even a lot less annoying. i exploit Serif Webplus which i imagine might want to do what you want yet study some comments. numerous the hosting information superhighway sites have software that's loose to their purchasers yet i do not recognize if it would want to do what you want. information superhighway hosting is incredibly inexpensive presently yet again, save round. better of success!

I think you need to be more specific about what you need.
What kind of site? What's on it -- blogs, photo albums, forums, movies ?
