Another website coding problem?

Ok another question on a coding problem i'm having...i have 3 images i want to replace to make them background images. When i replace the frist 2 its fine, but on the 3rd one it gets all messed up. Here are some screenshots of what i mean:

when i start:

Are you sure that the third picture is referring to a valid link?

I think you can call the help line (I'm not sure about the number, it might be on the website) and tell them about your problem.
