I have a project printer port interfacing. I need to create a program in my 8086 micro. my materials is Breadboard, 74ls154 I.C, and 32 LED lights because it is 32 bit. I need to connect my breadboard using printer cable in my printer port and after that encode the program. After that I need to test the program. For example If i press 0 the first led will be on and if I press 1 the second Led will be on. depending on you choice. and also should include running lights. Please help me..

Take a look at the user friendly ASM/Assembly tutorial, here: http://forum.dev-hq.net/showthread.php?318-ASM-From-Scratch!-(An-ASM-tutorial-for-Beginners)

Hope this helps!

no person fairly makes use of assembly anymore so do no longer worry except you merely prefer to do it for academic applications. in case you're extreme get "assembly Language step-via-step: Programming with DOS and Linux" its old yet a very stable e book and gets you began.

You get an assembler like NASM and start typing.
