You can save the JPEG as an attachment or if your email program has the feature you can insert the picture into the body of the email or set it as a background. There is no way to convert it to text file because a JPEG is made of thousand of pixels or graphic images. A text file is basically made up of bytes that represent ordinary readable characters such as letters, digits, and punctuations.

you are able to shop the JPEG as an attachment or in the journey that your e mail application has the function you are able to insert the image into the physique of the e-mail or set it as a history. there is not any thank you to transform it to text textile record because of the fact a JPEG is made up of thousand of pixels or picture photographs. A text textile record is fairly made up of bytes that represent undemanding readable characters mutually with letters, digits, and punctuations.

Uuencode and uudecode are used to transmit binary files over transmission mediums that do not support other than simple ASCII data. It will do it for you.
