i installed jdk7. when i wanted to compile a java program, using javac command an error message "access denied?

error message " access is denied " is displayed. No files from java directory seems to open , some files open with the message " Microsoft blocks some parts of this file" i an unable to compile java programs.How can i start compiling, pl help?
