I just need instructions on how to do this. The signature has colors, a link, and images linked to our site on the web.

The problem is I don't have Outlook, I'm on a mac but I have to make an html signature work for someone that is using Outlook 2007.

Thanks!

Hi there,

The only thing you need to worry about in your HTML is the image, which needs to exist on the web somewhere, which you seem to have had taken care of.

To add the signature to Outlook:

- Copy the HTML file to the computer that has Outlook installed.

- In the menu, click on 'Tools', choose 'Options'.

- Click on the tab that reads 'Mail Format'.

- At the bottom, click on the 'Signature' button.

- Click on 'New'. Select 'Use this file as a template', click on 'Browse' to search and select the HTML signature file.

- Click on 'Next', click on 'Finish'.

Tools -> Options Click the Mail Format tab, then click the Signatures button at the bottom. The Create Signature dialog box opens. choose New, give it a name and then the Edit Signature Dialog opens. Type what you want including using all fonts. You can also right click and choose Insert Image from the shortcut menu. Click Finish or OK as many times as needed to exit.
