Are there any freeware programs or methods of converting bmp to ttf?

Hi,

I think you want to make a font file. For this you need to create font files (.ttf) using font making softwares. One free utility is at http://www.softpedia.com/get/Others/Font-Utils/Font-Maker.shtml

Dear! Irfanview works great for that and lots more. Just open the .bmp and

*save as* .tif

The only tools suitable for this directly are commercial, FontLab's ScanFont

&c
