How do u make an animated jpeg and still retaining its ".jpeg" title?

It's really an animated GIF. JPEGs don't do animation.
Now, because it's displayed in the browser, you can rename the .gif file to .jpg and the browser will still open and display it.

JPEGs do not handle animation. The only format that does is a gif.

That much I don't know but what I do is save my animated file with extension .gif in photoshop CS and in picture & fax viewer it keep the animated effect plays it well.

Originally it's a .GIF file, but extension changed to .JPG.
