You have encountered one of the many shortcomings of using third-party blog sites: you don't get access to the database storing your blog, hence you cannot export them directly. And this is why people who are serious about their websites don't use crap like Blogger.

Luckily, Blogger has an Export Blog feature, which exports to XML. It's obviously not the same as having access to the database like you would have on a real setup, but it's the best you're going to get.

Put the same (or similar) blogging software on your new site, insert your old database records into your new database (that might take a bit of finagling if it's not the same software) and you should be set. The dates of the posts should be in the database records, so you can make them be what they were or whatever you want them to be. (Which is how you sometimes see someone blogging about "secret" knowledge - they post today with yesterday's date.)

From the next page you will select which page you would like to have it added to as illustrated in the picture about. Proceed to your Facebook public profile (aka “Page”) and click on “Edit Page”. You can then scroll down and edit your notes application at which point there is the option to import an external blog. The best part about this is that all blog posts will automatically show up as stories in your “fans” feeds.
