I need to add the ODBC driver for MS Access but don't know where to download it from. I need it so I can connect to the database using Java.

I don't know anything about Vista, but if you have Norton Antivirus it will prevent you from seeing your ODBC sources if the "Office Plug-in" is on. To turn it off, open Norton Internet Security Center. Go to Options. Go to Norton Antivirus. Under Other, click Miscellaneous. Uncheck the Turn Office plug-in On. Hope this solves your problem.
