Firefox keeps running in background... HELP !?

Question

i recently used this tweaking to make Firefox load faster -

* Right click on Firefox icon and press properties
* Type /Prefetch:1 at the end of command in target field.
* For instance “C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe” /Prefetch:1 (Make sure you have space in between firefox.exe” and /Prefetch:1)
* Press OK to save


now Firefox keeps running in background which i don't want.
how do i stop it. please help !

uninstall Firefox it and then get a new one

press ctrl+alt+delete then a window opened that called task manager in Processes tab You can find out " firefox.exe "

click on this then click on end process and click yes .

Now your program ended .

"End process" from the task bar.
