How do you capture an image of a web page and paste into a word document?

the web page is such that there are no drop down menus so I cant use the copy feature, isnt there some command that allows you to capture a pages image and then paste it into word?

Yes, on your keyboard there should be a button called Print Screen or Prt Scr. It is located near the Scroll Lock button, and the F12 button.
Press this, then go to Microsoft Word and paste it. This should give a picture of your screen when you pressed Print Screen.
This is called taking a screenshot.

Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, it creates a screen shot and you can paste it using CTRL+V (pasting) into a word document like that.

hit the Prt Scr (print screen) button, open up Paint, and hit Ctrl-V (paste). Then save it, and put it in your document.
