we can pass the value of a text field of html to the next page in jsp...... similarly we can pass the value of a hidden parameter also.........

but now i wanna pass the value of a html button to the next page in jsp..........

some body kindly helpppppppp............ i need it urgent for my project..........

If you mean or , just give it a name and its value will be passed like any other form element.



If you mean an actual







It just takes the value of the button and passes it to a so it can be read as a form element.

before you call the next page then assign the value of the button to a field then passthe value of the field as per normal
