The Hypertext Preprocessor processing type ought to ought to have the HTML tags on it so the browser is conscious a thanks to parse the HTML and CSS. once you've a separate HTML web page with the kind itself, then that would nicely be custom with CSS. If this change right into a identify, then: $email_message .= "346b81a32e707eccadf60252bb599f0Appoinment type For:h1 ".clean_string($Studios)."rn"; you could also positioned on the CSS document a category or id for it: $email_message .= "

Appoinment type For:h1 ".clean_string($Studios)."rn"; Then: h1#e mail-identify { font-relations: arial, 'cases new roman', sans-serif; font-length: 2.25em; colour: #f00; } more suitable you could attempt: $email_message .= "finished call:/span ".clean_string($Full_name)."rn"; it really is in simple terms inline CSS. it's quite easy to do with just about any server-side language. PHP and ASP is nearly trivial.

you'll need to have the server-side code process the data and send it to an email component - php has one built in as does asp. I recommend also storing the data in a database (MySQL/SQLServer/etc).

asp

database based email trigger (form updates database that executes insert trigger to send email)

u can find loads of snippets...

try http://wdvl.com, try creating this from a html editor like frontpage, dreamweaver etc., look up the microsoft msdn, lot many sample script sites.....

# $mailprog defines the location of your sendmail program on your unix #
