You don't use FileZilla to build the site, but, if FTP is allowed, you use it to upload/download your files from the server. As far as building a site, you can use whatever editor you wish. All you have to do is make/edit locally and upload the files. Otherwise, you'll have to login and use the Control Panel the hosting site gives you.

Hi, I think you don't know about filezilla. Filezila is a kind of ftp client. Using filezila you can establish connection with your server means with your hosting. every hosting has ftp and you can use filezilla to transfer your files from your pc to server or download files from server to pc. Of course you can not build site with filezila. Its a file transfer program it can only transfer files and can chmod permission or access to your files,

You can set up filezill with your server by putting host name ( ftp location like ftp,yoursite.com) putting your user-name: (blabla) and password :(*****) then press connect you will see your server there (think the hard disk of you server) if you want to put your files that can be visible by other then upload into public_html folder or webrootfolder other wise it cant be visible. to download or see the page you can only give the location to your browser like internet explorer typing the location.

You can use FileZilla client to upload files to a FTP enabled web host. You don't use it to "build" a website, it just transfers files from your computer to your web reseller account. As long as you have FTP access to that site, a FTP user and a password then you can use it for this purpose.

edit: sometimes you can enable FTP yourself in the web hosting control panel

Filezilla is an FTP program, you can't build sites with it. Use notepad if you want a free editor. If you have cash go for DreamWeaver or WeBuilder 2008.
