The two example sites that you have given out are really online editor.
Both of them were functioning correctly with HTML tags, but none of them were being able to save the page. Then what's the point of a review only software / service.
Why don't you download this famous WYSWYG HTML editor, which is free. It has all the functions as in your examples plus many many more...
