For creating newsletters the best program to use would be Publisher though if you do not have that as part of your Office suite, there's not much that you can't do in Word. Depends though what you mean by newsletter, what size, what folds etc. Whichever program you use I suggest you set up the page size and frames and save as a template so you keep to the same format and styles each issue.

Photoshop is probobly not the way to go. Depending on your content there are a couple of choices.

First, Microsoft Word can put together basic one page newsletters. It requires minimal learning and you can pump it out fast.

I however would recommend Adobe Indesign, I put together entire newspapers in this program, it interfaces well with photoshop and will allow you to do the most interesting things. You can then 'print' your newsletter to a pdf. This will easily attach to an email and allow you to send it out.

The big guys use html email templates. You'll need an html editor. If you use Word or InDesign and turn it into a pdf, it can only go as an attachment.

I'm getting that you want to send it in the body of the email.

i could say not. A ebook is informing and particular promoting the corporation. The words and prerequisites in simple terms exchange into appropriate while somebody is attracted to utilising/procuring the product or provider you're offering. I artwork in a economic corporation and we produce a quarterly magazine informing our consumers of recent products that have been released or are as a results of be released, adjustments in branch techniques or suggestions that could result maximum of our consumers, articles of social or corporation interest etc. We in simple terms provide words and prerequisites if somebody calls in to the economic corporation or telephones and request a product from us.
