I'm looking for something like Bugzilla (which I've used extensively), but a little stronger on the requirements side. Bugzilla unfortunately does not manage actual requirements that you can log bugs against. You just open bugs against thin air. Is there something better out there?

Thanks

Sorry, I never used Bugzilla or anything like that. However, I did find an article with comparisons of tracking systems. Hopefully this will help you.
