But if you want someone to build the entire thing for your, this is a great free lance web design/programming center: http://www.elance.com/
Basically you post what you want done, and all the people interested in building your website will bid on it until one of them wins. $100-200 is about how much you should pay, no more than that.

I have some payment processor scripts but they are pretty hard to integrate. You need to be more than a novice installer. Honestly I would say PayPal is the best option and its pretty easy to integrate all of the different codes and buttons into an existing site. I also have some templates on sale in case you need some. Just send me a message or something.
