What's wrong with this code?

Question

This a code for a layout for livejournal, but when I tried using it, it came out messed up. I used the format from another layout and simply changed the colors, headerimage and sizes but kept everything else. First of all the whole header was too far to the right in relation to the maincontent, and the headerimage didn't show up at all.(this is an s2, flexible squares)
