jpegs from paint not working on website?

Ok I have some objects in word that I want to change into jpegs and then put on a website. When I copy and paste them into paint and save as a jpeg then add them to my website using normal html code for adding images they don't show up. I am confident the html code is correct because if I just change the filename to another file in that folder then that other picture shows up.

So does anyone know why my jpegs created in paint don't work or another way to export objects in word as jpegs? That is objects in word and not the whole document or screen shot. I don't want to have to edit these objects again as they are all the same size and it is very important they stay that way!

UPDATE: If you would at least post your code you use for the images, I could retire my crystal ball.

If you want a proper answer and one that doesn't make people guess at the solution, then give a dang URL to the problem page or pages!!!! I hate incomplete answers with insufficient information wanting questions answered via a crystal ball. If enough people guess enough, one of them is bound to be right.

Paint is not the problem, but it is a kiddie graphics editor. Why you are using such a lousy editor when there are so many FREE ones out there to use. GetPaint.net is a 1000% better than MS Paint and will do a better job for you.

First thing i'd do is right click where the missing image should be, go to properties & see what it says.

Is it essential they are in jpeg format? You could try saving them as png & see if that works, jpegs can be funny creatures when it comes to rendering.

Is there any chance you could post the section of html code you are using?
