You can try capturing the image using Print Screen key on your computer. Open the pdf file and and resize it so the entire page is displayed. Press PrtSc to capture the image displayed. Open your Paint program and Paste the captured image to the canvas. Save the image as whatever graphic file format is available for your version of Paint.

Being mean wont work, men love challenges and think they are the ultimate attractive beings. Being disgusting wont work because men are disgusting and he will think you guys can have sex in a mud pile or something.
