how can i add an html header for my blog with imageshack?

i have a template from blogcrowds.com, but i don't know how to make a correct html header to paste it in description, because every time y get the html code from an image and paste it I save changes and then an error appears (error on html tag) something like this. how should i do to get an acceptable html code to peste it in my header description?
sorry for grammatical errors, i just learning english!

just check properly your html codes... most of the blog templates the headers images are place on the css... just add it on the css/replace the current image with what you want..
