Hi and good question...

I know a great place where you can get free monthly website templates... http://hurleypix.com/fmw

What happens is that they give you a 10 page website on a specific niche every month. You're free to do what you want with it. You can monetize it, or modify it, or upload it to your own host, etc. (It may not be exactly what you want, but it's certainly one way to 'learn the ropes').

However I think you'll need somewhere to 'host' this template or website though. You could register a domain name easily enough, or get some low cost hosting? Or maybe you already have this?

I host all my websites and blogs with these guys: http://hurleypix.com/blue :) You can go in there and get your site hosted for about $6-7 per month, and a domain name for about $9 per year so it's relatively inexpensive. But of course it's entirely up to you. Definitely look into the free monthly templates though, that should help you out.

As for the SMS for viewers - it's a great idea... I'll need to think over an answer for that though. :)

Hope that helped, let me know if you want more info. :)

For sending the SMS, the services vary within every country. Try contacting you local mobile service provider and ask him about third-party services for web-based SMS usage. Usually these service providers take a flat charge for bulk number of messages per month, and give you the specific code.
