When I try to add new connection to SQL Server 2008 database, this error comes and cannot add connection. I can access database through programming but cannot add connection manually.

Please help. My application development is stopped due to this error....

This means the file which tracks changes to the database has run out of space. Whoever is maintaining the application's database needs to fix this - if done thru a website, contact the webmaster; if an internal company application, contact the company's database administrator.

If it is organized like most data centers you have to contact your system administrator.. It bothers me that Microsoft doesn't have a decent log or logrotate, and that manual intervention is necessary.
