I would like to know if they are reliable and it is right to go for their free cloud hosting.

Like said by some other community member, the word "FREE" are rarely available for such kind of service that you are looking at. WordPress is among the robust and reliable CMS available in town and hosting it on the cloud server is something you should do because the next era will be of CLOUD. HostZilla is good but not recommended though because i don't believe in FREE type service. Why don't you go for paid WordPress Hosting?

The word Free and unlimited in the hosting world are frowned upon. Resources can not be offered unlimited.
WordPress runs extremely fast on a cloud server and I would highly recommend you to host it on a cloud. I have my own WordPress site running on a cloud server.

Things are rarely "free" so you have to ask yourself why would they give you something for nothing? What's in it for them? Is you're website going to be secure, backed up etc?
May just be me being cynical
