when moving objects in microsoft word, can you change the area that it allows you to move?so that its accurate

so if im moving this picture for example, and i want it to be placed in an exact spot, it doesnt allow me to move it where i want it to go. does anyone have any idea how i can make the area that the picture moves more specific??

As well as left clicking and dragging the picture., you should be able to move it using the arrow keys, its a bit more precise.

Also, both the picture and the text have an invisible border around them. Its called 'wrapping'. I use Open Office but I can change the wrapping width and style at Format - Wrap (at the top of the page). Also at Format - Picture.

So have a look at the options and see what you can change.

1.select the picture,

2.click on text wrapping (small dog icon with lines covering it)

3. choose through, or any other option that its better for u.

click the picture then in the picture toolbar click on the dog covered in lines, then choose tight and you will be able to move it anywhere.
