I've created a page and I want my friend to open it via his mail address by simply clicking on a link which he must get in his inbox..
How can i make this possible?

Do you have your site uploaded to a hosting service? If so, send him the addy! If not, he cant connect to it. If you are able to open your site from home with internet explorer tho, you can click the file tab and save as web archive, single file and email it to him.

It depends on how his emails can be received in his Inbox. For popular webmail platforms (Yahoo!, Gmail), and most Email programs... emails can be received in HTML format, unless the user turns off this feature.
in anycase, all you need to do is to type in the link as it is, and your friend will be able to click on it, and open a browser window.
If that doesn't work, that could mean that his emails are received as plain text. so i guess the only way is for him to copy and paste the URL into the browser manually.

Its simple just send the html page along with the pictures or other media u hav included in ur webpage as an attachment to his mail.
OR
u just zip the html file and the media included and send to him as an attachment.Tell him to unzip.
If you hav used any media ( eg: u included a picture in C:\mypic\hh.bmp in your webpage , then send it too as attachment and tell him to put the picture in location C:\mypic\hh.bmp .
Now when he opens the unzipped page he can view ur page.
I dont know whether u intended to know whether it is possible to send just the link.
For doing so u hav to host your website on a server.
