how to copy and paste the pdf file on to a word doc so that we add and remove the data?

The reason I asked you is to make sure you type/copy the contens so that it looks like how its looking on the pdf file.You can achieve this if you have pdf reader.Its very important that the look and feel of the word should be how it looks on pdf so that I can add and delete what ever is needed.

you can do this easily with Adobe Acrobat Professional 8. I'm using that. There is direct option called convert to MS Word. Better you download the professional version from

Try Highlighting the portion of the pdf file that you want then Click Edit/Copy. Open Word and PASTE this into a new file. It should be OK but you May have to Move things around depending on your version of Word. Be sure to Highlight Any graphics.

Adobe has the ability to lock pdf documents in such a way that it inhibits copying and pasting of text and or printing the document.

If you are unable to do either then it because the creator of the document utilised these features during creation.

As stated earlier there ways around this but it means locating another application to do convert the document.

Adobe Reader has a "Text selct" tool. Use it to select the text you want....it will then be stored on your clipboard. Just paste it to the new document.

Adobe doesn't generally allow this. You can get conversion tools that will do the trick but someone will be in your pocket for it.
