How to remove error : Resource File not found!?

Question

i am using Acer laptop Travelmate 6493 window vista

currently, after i run up Registry Cleaner, i always get this pop up message at the startup and when i want to use Control Panel.

Resource file not found!>

i have tried many solutions suggested. one of those is,
using this :
HKLM/Software/Infeneon/TPM Software

create a new string value : "C_PsdRsDll"

double click the value and paste the following : "C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Embedded Security Software\PsdRs%s.dll"

but it didnt work for me! plus, i dont even have the program files named hewlett-packard in my computer and i believe that it only works for those who's using HP computer

please help me to solve this problem.

PS: i know that this must be something related to Infineon Security Platform. but dont want to uninstall this program. i want to use it

You have two choices:



1) Uninstall and then re-install the program whose installation is corrupted.



2) Undo the changes the registry cleaner made.



In the future, don't use registry cleaners.

Dont tell me you have Avast and you seen that file in the systems file in the Quarentine section....damn....you just deleted what Avast created...they create back-ups in case the original ones are infected...your going to have to take it to a computer shop so they can Flash Drive and upload a new System 32.dll file....or start all over again and load the origninal disk........those are the files that get you on the internet.........
