How do i make a simple triangle in Photoshop without polygon tool.?

i dont have polygon tool on my photoshop if you know how to get it let me know, but i want to make a little triangle then fill it in with an outer space galaxy picture , but how

Don't know what the other two are smoking... Your selection tool is feathering the selection. To correct, make a selection with the marquee tool. Then, from the Select menu select Feather or just pres [Alt] + [Ctrl] + [D] The Feather Selection dialog box will then appear, select 0 to do no feathering and select OK to continue.
