I have tried all answers, all have fixed SOME problems, it must be in string & I don't understand programing at all, problem keeps moving from one line to another, NOW it is LINE 1828, Char1, Error Unspecified, Code:0, URL: REG://IEFRAME.DLL/PREVIEW.DLG. I think I will just install my LEXMARK???, because no one can help me & I can't afford a computer tech in person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried this:

Open Internet Explorer, click on Tools at the top, click Internet Options.

In the window that comes up click on the Advanced tab at the top, and check BOTH of the boxes that say "Disable Script Debugging", and also check the box that says "Display a Notification about every script error".

Now click OK, and close Internet Explorer.

In this order, First uninstall the software for this.(add remove programs) then unplug the printer and restart the computer. once the computer is fully loaded install the hp drivers and when asked replug it back in.should work, but still sounds like you have spyware infection that has corupted your IE browser.

Have you called HP for tech support? I have found them to be very helpful in the past when I have needed their expertise.

Best wishes.
