I want to start my own blog, it will be mainly giving advices on investing money, in addition also some of my hobbies like travelling, music, interesting facts... I don't know if to use blogger (google) or wordpress.

Few things i want to take into account:

I want to use a domain (so no wordpress.com or blogspot.com), i know with wordpress it will cost me 20USD per year.
Want to keep it simple, but as I will be writing in 2 languages, and there will be many topics, i will need many menu buttons.
Maybe in future i want to use an e-mail domain ( admin@domainname.com).
Im alright with computing, and I can get some friends to do programming for difficult stuff like plugins...
If in future i want to turn my blog into an actual website, is it possible with both of them?

So which one should I go for?

WordPress is amazing...

It is very user friendly, the forums are full of support and it is fully customizable

You can modify, edit and select different wordpress themes that can either be purchased or for free

Generally speaking, wordpress is very compatible with multiple browsers too

Hope this helps!

I think WordPress is much convenient for website design.

It is a totally free platform for designers, and there are lots of free WordPress Themes and Plugins for you to use.

maybe you can take a try with some free WordPress Themes, and here is a list for free responsive WordPress Themes.

There is no doubt that WordPress is better than Blogger. Use Wordpress :-)

use wordpress, it's fully customizable. A lot of websites even corporate websites use wordpress as the backend.
