The answer to your question depends on what computer-language you are using.
If you are writing a webpage (the HTML language):
Your name here
If you are writing a C# Console Application:
Console.Title = "Your name here";
If you are writing a Visual Basic.Net program:
Click on the Form (it starts out named "Form1") in the Designer, then find "Text" in the properties window scroll down until you find the "Text" property. Change that form "Form1" (or whatever) to your name.
I know the answer to this in about 10 languages, but these are my best guesses as to the ones you are using. Good luck.
