the jarvis theme is a rainmeter skin. rainmeter here:

although like sharp said, good results can come with windowsblinds too. depends all on what you want :)

Yep, rainmeter it is.



Just note that you will want to switch back to a normal Desktop soon. It looks a lot cooler than actually using it will turn out to be. Been there myself.
