How do i continue a column onto the next page in microsoft word?

I want to make 3 columns on a page but when i reach the end of the first column i want to be able to continue the column onto the next page, not start at the top of the second column on the same page.

Place your cursor at the start of the second column, click on the Insert menu and choose Break - Column Break. Repeat this at the top of the third column and you will have text only in the first column and the rest will continue on the next page.

I believe you have to set up the same table on the 2nd page with 3 columns. The easy way would be to just copy the whole table and paste it on the 2nd page then delete what you don't want in the columns. From the first page when you are in the first column and keep typing it should jump to the 2nd page and continue in the first column.

Try pressing enough enter/return between both the columns till the 2nd column goes down to the next page.

confident. first you create a table with 2 columns and one row. Then set Borders and Shading to NONE. Then make helpful WRAP textual content fabric is examine and immediately RESIZE to greater healthful CONTENTS isn't tick. For table residences in simple terms click the table then suitable click.
