Can anyone help me change the file size of this gif?

to be 50 x 50 and the file size has to be like 15kb

but i cant change it :/ ive tried for hours. I wanna change it to use it for a deviant art icon. Can anyone help?

Go to following site and use the edit/animation tools. You can reduce the file size by removing frames. It may make the animation less smooth, but file size will be lower. The over all image size can be reduced to 50 X 50 which I would do first. You also can adjust the time between frames and frame rate.

it's an animated gif, it is impossible for it to be smaller than 15kb @50x50.

I was able to get it lower than 15kb at resolution 28x28, using http://picasion.com/get-resized/
