Question:
Looking for ways to convert a WMA file?

I'm trying to load a few audio albums onto youtube (yes I own the CD) but youtube doesn't recognize WMA files. (would be a lot easier for me if they did...)
Regardless, MPEG (if I got that wrong, please excuse it, i'm not much for the techy stuff) files is what I want them converted to (seems to take the least time for uploads).

I have the files on my computer and I'm pretty sure they are automatically rendered as WMA files unless there is a way for me to rip them from my CD and have them stored as a different type of file.
I doubt it could be as simple as "re-naming" the file.. (if I can do that let me know please).

Also, one last thing, I did d/l a trial converter which worked just fine and uploaded just fine, but with one small problem. It is shown as a video of course, but through the entire video it says what product I used and that it's a trial version...basically advertisement and proof that I didn't buy it. (Very aggravating, very unattractive).

Please please please help~
Thanks in advance!

Download iTunes, and then they help you convert the files into a bunch of different types. Including MPEG files.

You need a converter.

Search for a free one on the web - there must be.

I don't know however if youtube allows you to upload music.

I thought it was only for videos. So you have to make a video with the songs embedded.
