First, narrow your scope down a bit. :)

What kind of game do you want to program? If you want to make a fully 3d game like Quake or something, then you need to learn a whole lot of math and you need to learn how to program in C and C++.

If you just want to make a little flash game, then you need to learn Flash and ActionScript.

Narrow your scope down, come up with a little game design (keep it simple!) and then ask more targeted questions about how to make it happen. :)
